Ally Wollaston (FDJ-Suez) is the winner of the 2025 Lloyds Tour of Britain women, after winning three intermediate sprints and finishing 3rd on the stage to dethrone Cat Ferguson (Movistar Team). Meanwhile, the European champion, Lorena Wiebes (SD Worx-Protime), took the spoils on the final stage with a dominant sprint finish.
It's the first WorldTour-level GC victory for Wollaston, who in the general classification finished 4 four seconds ahead of Ferguson and 22 seconds ahead of Karlijn Swinkels (UAE Team ADQ). Riejanne Markus (Lidl-Trek) finished fourth overall at 50 seconds, whilst Sarah Van Dam (CERATIZIT Pro Cycling Team) was fifth at 1:01.
Ferguson defended the points classification, despite finishing on the same number of points as Wollaston, and she also retained the white jersey of best young rider. Dominika Włodarczyk was the winner of the mountains classification, Kristen Faulkner the overall winner of the combativity award, whilst FDJ-Suez remained atop the team classification.
