Tour de France 2025: Jury Bulletin after stage 21
After every stage of the 2025 Tour de France, the race jury publishes an official bulletin detailing all disciplinary actions taken that day. As usual, incidents from stage 21 were reviewed, resulting in fines, time penalties and relegations where appropriate. Below is the full list of sanctions issued after stage 21.
All the penalties and fines from the 2025 Tour de France
The UCI regulates the Tour de France and issues penalties for rule violations - from feeding outside designated zones to physical altercations. Infractions are published daily in an evening bulletin, listing riders and staff who were sanctioned.
Penalties range from fines to time losses and UCI point deductions, depending on severity. A recent addition is the yellow card system, introduced to address dangerous or unsporting behaviour in the peloton.
