Tour de France 2025: Standings after stage 17 - Milan extends gap to Pogacar for green
Jonathan Milan’s sprint win extends his lead over Pogačar in the points classification - but can he hold on in the days ahead?

Jonathan Milan (Lidl–Trek) has won stage 17 of the Tour de France after a bunch sprint in wet and rainy conditions in Valence, outsprinting Jordi Meeus (Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe) and Tobias Lund Andersen (Team Picnic PostNL).
With Tadej Pogačar (UAE Team Emirates-XRG) and all other GC favourites finishing in the bunch, the general classification remains unchanged.
Pogacar still leads Vingegaard by 4:15, whilst Florian Lipowitz (Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe) is third at 9:03.
The biggest shift in the classifications is that Jonathan Milan (Lidl–Trek) has extended his lead over Tadej Pogačar to 72 points. The Slovenian sill leads the mountains classification, tied on 60 points with Lenny Martinez (Bahrain-Victorious). Lipowitz remainds the leader in the youth classification, with a 2.01 lead over Onley (Picnic PostNL) whilst Visma are top of the team standings.
