Tour de France Femmes 2025: Standings after stage 8 - Ferrand-Prévot dominates to take stage win and yellow
Pauline Ferrand-Prévot (Visma | Lease a Bike) climbed to victory atop the Col de la Madeleine on stage 8 of the Tour de France Femmes to take control of the general classification with only one stage remaining. Ferrand-Prévot finished 1:45 ahead of Sarah Gigante (AG Insurance-Soudal) in 2nd, whilst Niamh Fisher-Black (Lidl-Trek) claimed 3rd, 2:15 behind the stage winner.

Demi Vollering (FDJ-Suez) finished 4th on the stage at 3:03, whilst the defending champion Kasia Niewiadoma-Phinney (Canyon//SRAM zondacrypto) finished 8th at 3:26.
The French star stamped her authority over the other general classification contenders and now holds a lead in the general classification of 2:37 over Sarah Gigante (AG Insurance-Soudal) in 2nd, whilst Vollering sits 3rd at 3:18.
Lorena Wiebes (SD-Worx Protime) remains in charge in green, Elise Chabbey (FDJ-Suez) continues to hold the polka-dot jersey, whilst Nienke Vinke (Picnic PostNL) still leads the youth standings.
