Vuelta a España 2025: Standings after stage 10 - Vingegaard back in red
Although Torstein Traeen had expressed the ambition to survive stage 10 in the red jersey, it was not to be, and Jonas Vingegaard took over the lead.

Torstein Træen (Bahrain-Victorious) lost his hold of the red jersey on the climb of the El Ferial Larra Belagua, with the pace proving too much for the Norwegian to handle on the steep slopes.
The Norwegian fought valiantly to try and claw back the gap, but Jonas Vingegaard (Visma | Lease a Bike) now moves into the red jersey for the third time at the 2025 Vuelta España after Træen held the red jersey for four stages.
Vingegaard now leads by 26 seconds over Træen in second place, João Almeida (UAE Team Emirates-XRG) is 38 seconds down in third with Tom Pidcock (Q36.5) 4th, 58 seconds down on Vingegaard.
