What time does stage 4 of the Tour de France Femmes start?

Stage 4 of the 2025 Tour de France Femmes will begin with the neutralised start at 14:35 (CET), with the flag drop around 14:45 (CET), and the finish is expected around 17:35 (CET). Full live coverage will be available from start to finish.

Stage 4 presents another opportunity for the sprinters to shine with a flat 128-kilometre stage from Saumar to Poitiers along the river Clain. With only one categorised climb on the menu, this is the flattest stage of this year’s Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift

  • Intermediate sprint at Soudun: 44km to go - Around 16:38
  • Côte de Marigny: 29.1km to go - Around 16:58
  • Last 20km - Around 17:14

What to expect?

After victory on stage 3, Lorena Wiebes will be the rider to beat once more. It's a perfect opportunity for the European champion to double up and try to extend her lead in the points classification. 

As we saw on Monday, don't count out Marianne Vos, back in the yellow jersey, being in the mix once more after a great start to this Tour de France Femmes.

Marianne Vos leads Kim Le Court (AG Insurance-Soudal) by 6 seconds. Pauline Ferrand-Prévot (Visma | Lease a Bike) sits 3rd still at 12 seconds.

Lorena Wiebes is the new leader in the points classification, with Elise Chabbey remaining in polka-dots, and Julie Bego (Cofidis) is still the leader of the youth classification.
