Natascha Den Ouden Knaven is a former Dutch professional cyclist who competed across road and cyclo cross at elite level, winning four Dutch national cyclo cross titles and later staying closely involved in the sport as a team builder and manager. After her racing career, she helped launch the project that began in 2018 and grew into the structure behind today’s AG Insurance Soudal setup, before stepping away from the organisation in 2024. She is currently the founder and chairman of NXGT Racing, focused on developing the next generation of women riders.
