Marlen Reusser confirmed her supremacy in the time trial, winning a record-equalling fourth European ITT title just a week after claiming the rainbow jersey in Rwanda. The Swiss rider dominated the 24-kilometre course in Loriol-sur-Drôme, finishing 49 seconds ahead of Norway’s Mie Bjørndal Ottestad. Mischa Bredewold completed the podium as Reusser matched Ellen van Dijk’s tally of four continental crowns
