About Giro Women 2025 Stage 4 beforehand
Stage 4 brings the second summit finish of the Giro, and the first truly demanding one, at Pianezze. Starting in Castello Tesino, the route offers little respite, with constant ups and downs across rolling terrain. Riders face three categorised climbs before the decisive ascent begins. The final climb to Pianezze is 11.2 km at an average of 7%, steep and relentless. It’s a climb that offers no hiding places and is set to play a key role in shaping the GC. Expect serious gaps and a true test of climbing form.
