Isaac Del Toro won stage 6 of Tirreno Adriatico after a powerful sprint on the steep finish in Camerino. The Mexican resisted multiple attacks from Giulio Pellizzari and Matteo Jorgenson before launching the decisive move in the final metres. With the final stage expected to suit the sprinters, Del Toro now leads the overall classification by 42 seconds and is on the brink of overall victory.
