Tadej Pogačar won stage 12 of the 2025 Tour de France with a dominant solo attack on Hautacam, reclaiming the yellow jersey in the process. The Slovenian dropped Jonas Vingegaard with 12km to go and crossed the line 2:10 ahead, opening a GC gap of over three minutes. Remco Evenepoel lost time, while Ben Healy cracked on the Col du Soulor and dropped out of contention.

Stage 12 brings the first big summit finish of the Tour atop the brutal Hautacam - 13.6 kilometres at 7.8%. After climbing the Col du Soulor and Col des Bordères, riders will arrive at the foot already fatigued. Expect a major GC shake-up on a climb where legends like Nibali and Vingegaard have triumphed.
