Thymen Arensman took a solo win on Superbagnères after attacking from the break on the Peyresourde. Pogačar and Vingegaard waited until 4km from the summit to trade blows but finished together, with Pogačar taking six seconds. Evenepoel abandoned after cracking early on the Tourmalet. The Slovenian now leads the GC by 4:13.

Stage 14 starts in Pau, a classic Tour city, and tackles four legendary climbs: Tourmalet, Aspin, Peyresourde and a summit finish on Luchon-Superbagnères. Based on the iconic 1986 stage won by Greg LeMond, this is a key day for the GC contenders in the heart of the Pyrenees.
