Jonathan Milan (Lidl–Trek) sprinted to his second stage win of the Tour in rain-soaked Valence, after a late crash disrupted the run-in. Top contenders Tim Merlier and Biniam Girmay were caught behind, leaving Milan to outsprint Jordi Meeus and Tobias Lund Andresen. Tadej Pogačar finished safely in the bunch and retains yellow.
