Zoe Bäckstedt won stage 3 of the Tour de Suisse with a dominant sprint in Bad Ragaz. She finished well ahead of Lily Williams and Shari Bossuyt after the day’s breakaway was caught with just over 20 kilometres remaining. Elisa Longo Borghini retained the yellow jersey, while second placed Lauren Dickson crashed inside the final 5 kilometres.
