Olav Kooij (Visma | Lease a Bike) sprinted to his third stage win at the Tour of Britain, snatching victory from a brave breakaway caught just 150 metres from the line in Cardiff. Samuel Watson and Fred Wright rounded out the podium, while Romain Grégoire (Groupama-FDJ) held off Remco Evenepoel to secure the overall title by two seconds.
