Elisa Longo Borghini sealed overall victory at the UAE Tour Women by attacking on Jebel Hafeet and soloing clear inside the final 3km. Monica Trinca Colonel finished second on the stage, with Femke De Vries third, after the GC group was whittled down by a fierce tempo on the climb. Longo Borghini’s late accelerations dropped Kasia Niewiadoma and confirmed her third overall win at the race in four editions.
