UAE Team Emirates-XRG

  • Wins: 25
  • WorldTour wins: 14
  • Number of riders with wins: 10
  • Wins by May 1 in 2025: 35

Like last year, UAE Team Emirates-XRG tops the rankings for most victories and remains in a league of their own with 25 victories. Over half of the 24 victories have come at the WorldTour level, with UAE scoring 14 victories in the top division of cycling so far. Tadej Pogačar once more spearheads the tally with the World Champion winning six times so far, including three Monument victories at Milan-Sanremo, Tour of Flanders and Paris-Roubaix. All seven of Pogačar’s victories have come at the WorldTour level, with success at Strade Bianche and stage wins at the Tour de Romandie.

Isaac del Toro has also been a significant contributor to the UAE tally, with the Mexican winning stages at the UAE Tour and Tirreno-Adriatico, in addition to sealing the first two WorldTour GC victories of his career in the process. One suspects that they won’t be the last of the 22-year-old Mexican's career.

UAE’s strength in depth also shines through the fact that ten different riders have won this season, including Julius Johansen, who claimed his first professional victory by winning the time trial at O Gran Camiño.

This time last season, UAE had 35 victories en route to smashing the all-time season record with 95. While currently 11 behind, the Grand Tour season is on the horizon and with Tadej Pogačar currently racking up victories in Switzerland at the Tour de Romandie, there are no signs to suggest that the Emirati team will slow down any time soon.

Ineos Grenadiers

  • Wins: 18
  • WorldTour wins: 12
  • Number of riders with wins: 8
  • Wins by May 1 in 2025: 10

Beyond UAE, Ineos Grenadiers have been the most prolific team in the peloton, with 18 victories so far this season. The British team haven’t had this many victories at this stage of a season since 2022, indicating a step in a positive direction.

Another positive is the fact that 12 of these victories have come at WorldTour level. The French duo of Dorian Godon and Axel Laurence have been the most prolific with five and four victories respectively. Only four riders have scored more WorldTour victories than new signing Godon (4) this season, illustrating that the French champion has slotted into the British team in superb fashion.

Meanwhile, Filippo Ganna claimed the first Classics victory of his career, catching Wout van Aert in a dramatic finale to win Dwars door Vlaanderen. Overall, Ineos have found the winning formula so far in 2026, comfortably eclipsing their ten victories from this stage last season.

Decathlon CMA CGM

  • Wins: 17
  • WorldTour wins: 8
  • Number of riders with wins: 6
  • Wins by May 1 in 2025: 7

Just below Ineos on 17 victories is Decathlon CMA CGM. The French team have been impressive in recent seasons, but with the emergence of Paul Seixas, seem to have stepped up to another level entirely.

The 19-year-old Frenchman has the most professional victories of any rider this season, alongside Remco Evenepoel, taking his first win in Portugal at the Volta ao Algarve before sealing the GC at Itzulia Basque Country with three stage wins along the way. Finally, Seixas added his first WorldTour Classic, romping up the Mur de Huy to win Flèche Wallonne.

April was a very successful month for the team, with eight victories, five of which were courtesy of Seixas in the Basque Country and via Flèche Wallonne.

Beyond Seixas, Tobias Lund Andresen has proven to be a successful signing in his opening months with the team, winning a stage at the Santos Tour Down Under and the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race. The Dane then toppled some of the peloton's best sprinters to win a stage at Tirreno-Adriatico.

The same can be said for Matthew Riccitello, who beat Carlos Rodriguez in a duel to take the queen stage and GC at the Tour de la Provence, before more recently soloing to victory at the Tour de Jura ahead of teammate Léo Bisiaux.

Meanwhile, there is a strong core of French riders thriving in the team, with Pierre Gautherat, Paul Lapeira, and Antoine L'Hote all taking victories too.

  • Number of riders with wins: 5
  • Wins by May 1 in 2025: 9

Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe feature towards the top of the list with 14 victories, plenty of which belong to Remco Evenepoel.

Evenepoel made a rapid start to life with the German team, winning six times in his first eight race days, including the team time trial at the Trofeo Ses Salines. The Olympic champion added a stage win at the UAE Tour before landing his biggest win of the season at the Amstel Gold Race.

Recent weeks have seen Giulio Pellizzari shoot up the rankings for victories after the Italian won two stages and the GC at the Tour of the Alps, a positive performance ahead of the Giro d'Italia.

Visma | Lease a Bike

  • Wins: 10
  • WorldTour wins: 8
  • Number of riders with wins: 4
  • Wins by May 1 in 2025: 13

Visma | Lease a Bike's10 victories in 2026 are made up mainly of high-calibre races. Wout van Aert's victory at Paris-Roubaix stands as the most memorable after the countless setbacks that the Belgian had suffered over the years in his quest to win a cobbled Monument.

Meanwhile, Jonas Vingegaard has been utterly flawless so far this season, winning both Paris-Nice and the Volta a Catalunya, with two stages in each along the way. Vingegaard is tied with Pogačar on six WorldTour wins, and the Dane will head to the Giro with a 100% GC win rate in 2026.

Matthew Brennan also claimed a fine victory at Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne, becoming the second British rider to do so after Mark Cavendish. Christophe Laporte, who was key in Brennan's victory, also won in Andaluciá as he continues his positive return after a significant absence in 2025.

George Bennett has enjoyed a solid season, winning the New Zealand road race championships as a highlight, and Brady Gilmore won in the WorldTour for the first time in the final stage of the Volta a Catalunya.

Most recently, Alessandro Pinarello won the final stage of O Gran Camiño, winning a mountain top sprint ahead of some big names, including Adam Yates, serving as a confirmation of his talent.

XDS Astana

  • Wins: 10
  • WorldTour wins: 2
  • Number of riders with wins: 6
  • Wins by May 1 in 2025: 5

Last season saw XDS Astana produce a remarkable comeback to secure their WorldTour status with 32 victories in total. This season, the team are currently on track to better that tally, with 9 victories now compared to the 5 at this stage last season, which speaks volumes.

Christian Scaroni continues to be one of the team's key rider, winning a stage and the GC at the Tour of Oman. However, Paris-Nice proved to be Astana's most successful race as they won two stages.

Max Kanter caused an upset in the sprint on stage 2, and Harold Tejada caught the competition out with a late attack on stage 6.

Lidl-Trek

  • Wins: 8
  • WorldTour wins: 6
  • Number of riders with wins: 2
  • Wins by May 1 in 2025: 15

Jonathan Milan hasn't lost the winning touch. The Italian sprint machine has won six sprints so far this season, accounting for the majority of Lidl-Trek's 8 wins this season. All four of the team's WorldTour victories were courtesy of Milan at the UAE Tour and Tirreno-Adriatico.

New signing Juan Ayuso started on the front foot, winning a stage and the GC at the Volta ao Algarve. The Spanish rider then took the lead at Paris-Nice before crashing out in the yellow jersey and suffering a further setback with illness at Itzulia Basque Country.

Mads Pedersen has been a serial winner for the team in recent years, and the Dane's lack of victories this season has been impactful. Pedersen suffered a crash on the opening stage of the Volta Comunitat Valenciana, which left him with a broken wrist and collarbone, threatening to derail his spring entirely.

However, Pedersen fought back valiantly to finish in the top 10 at Milan-Sanremo, E3 Saxo Classic, Dwars door Vlaanderen, Tour of Flanders and Paris-Roubaix, and will be hoping that a win is on the horizon.

With the injury and illness setbacks for Ayuso, as well as for Mads Pedersen, it's unsurprising that the team have seen a dip in the number of victories from 15 at this stage in 2025 to 8 this year.

  • Wins by May 1 in 2025: 7

Alpecin-Premier Tech have picked up eight victories so far, with the majority coming via Mathieu van der Poel.

The Flying Dutchman dominated Omloop Nieuwsblad on debut and then scorched his way to two impressive victories at Tirreno-Adriatico. While Van der Poel didn't win a Monument this spring, the Dutchman still took E3 Saxo Classic for the third successive edition.

Alpecin's other reliable winner, Jasper Philipsen, enjoyed success on the cobbles, winning Nokere Koerse and Gent-Wevelgem.

Meanwhile, Tibor Del Grosso outduelled Mauro Schmid to win the NXT Classic, and Henri Uhlig also sprinted to a stage win at Étoile de Bessèges.

The Tour of Taiwan was a big success with Matthew Fox and Matys Grisel winning stages, and the latter securing the GC too.

Jayco AlUla's campaign was kicked off when Michael Matthews, who has won an abundance of races with the team, sprinted to victory at the GP Castellón.

Mauro Schmid has been one of the most prolific riders in the peloton this season and sits at the top for most victories within the Jayco camp. The Swiss champion got off the mark in the Middle East, winning the Muscat Classic in Oman, before adding a stage victory at the Tour of Oman.

Returning to Europe, Schmid was locked in a battle with Axel Laurence for victory at the Coppi e Bartali. The race came down to the final stage and a sprint won by the Swiss rider, which wrapped up the GC in the process.

Anders Foldager claimed the biggest victory of his career at Brabantse Pijl, keeping his powder dry as a dangerous breakaway was caught before launching a powerful sprint atop the S-Bocht climb in Overijse.

The team’s second WorldTour win was secured after Lenny Martinez outsprinted Jonas Vingegaard on the final stage of Paris-Nice, as the Dane wrapped up the GC.Finally, Alec Segaert won the GP Denain, just a day after he was caught in the final 200 metres at Danlith Nokere Koerse.

  • Number of riders with wins: 2
  • Wins by May 1 in 2025: 4

Groupama-FDJ United have scored three victories this season, with all coming on home soil. Ewen Costiou produced a blistering time trial on the final stage of the Étoile de Bessèges in early February to take the win and snatch the GC from Lukáš Kubiš.

The team's prized asset, Romain Grégoire, then delivered the goods at the start of March to beat Matteo Jorgenson with an ice-cold performance at the finish of the Faun Drôme Classic.

The team are yet to win at WorldTour level, but this was also the case at this stage last season, with Grégoire eventually breaking the drought at the Tour de Suisse in June.

EF Education-EasyPost

  • Wins by May 1 in 2025: 3

EF Education-EasyPost had to wait a while for their first victory this season, but it tasted very sweet when it came on the opening stage of Paris-Nice on March 8.

Luke Lamperti sprinted to his first WorldTour win on the opening stage of Paris-Nice, and the American had the added bonus of moving into the yellow jersey. EF didn't have to wait long for the next victory to roll around, as Michael Valgren delivered his first victory in nearly five years on stage 5 of Tirreno-Adriatico on March 13.

Overall, two victories of high value for the American team, who are often one of the most active stage hunters when it comes to the Grand Tours, and will no doubt be looking to increase this tally.

  • Wins by May 1 in 2025: 2

On April 30, Casper van Uden sprinted to victory on stage 5 of the Presidential Cycling Tour of Türkiye. Despite being a Grand Tour stage winner, having won at the Giro d'Italia last May, this was arguably the most significant victory for the 24-year-old Dutchman for his Picnic PostNL team.

This is because it ended a 315-day drought since the team last tasted success when the now departed Oscar Onley won stage 5 of the Tour de Suisse on June 19, 2025.

With the drought now broken, the Dutch team will be hoping that victories will be easier to come by for the remainder of the season.
