2026 Bredene Koksijde Classic start list - A sprint showdown on the Belgian seafront
The 2026 Bredene Koksijde Classic takes place on Friday, March 20, with the race setting off from Bredene before a finish in Koksijde after 203 kilometres.
22 teams will take to the start line of the 2026 Bredene Koksijde Classic, each fielding seven riders, resulting in a total field of 154 riders.
11 WorldTour teams feature on the start list, including Groupama-FDJ United, Picnic PostNL, Lidl-Trek, Alpecin-Premier Tech, NSN, Jayco AlUla, Soudal Quick-Step, UAE Team Emirates-XRG, XDS-Astana, Lotto-Intermarche and Uno-X Mobility.
There are seven ProTour teams in action: Pinarello Q36.5, Unibet Rose Rockets, Tudor Pro Cycling, Flanders Baloise, Modern Adventure, Cofidis, Flanders-Baloise, Caja-Rural and TotalEnergies.
3 UCI continental teams will also line up: Volkerwessels, Beat CC p/b Saxo and Tarteletto - Isorex.
The finish Koksijde could lend itself to a sprint, and Alberto Dainese (Soudal Quick-Step), Steffen De Schuyteneer (Lotto-Intermarché), Tim Torn Teutenberg (Lidl-Trek), Tom Crabbe (Flanders-Baloise), Pascal Ackermann (Jayco AlUla), Milan Fretin (Cofidis), Hugo Hofstetter (NSN Cycling Team) and Erlend Blikra (Uno-X Mobility) are among the notable fast men taking the start.
