2026 Figueira Champions Classic start list - Morgado headlines home race
The 4th edition of the Figueira Champions Classic takes place on February 14, beginning in Figueira da Foz and concluding in Figueira da Foz. Read on for the complete start list of the 2026 Figueira Champions Classic.
In total, 24 teams are taking the start line on the Atlantic Coast on February 14, with seven riders on each team, bringing the total riders to 168 riders.
Eight UCI WorldTour teams will take the start, including Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe, NSN, EF Education-EasyPost, UAE Team Emirates-XRG, Picnic PostNL, Lidl-Trek, Movistar and Lotto-Intermarché.
Five UCI ProTour teams will appear in the one-day race, those being: Pinarello-Q36.5, Euskatel-Euskadi, Cofidis, Tudor and Equipo Kern Pharma.
Nine UCI Continental teams will take the start, with the contingent made up by a strong Portuguese majority, as follows: Anicolor / Campicarn, Team Tavira, Aviludo - Louletano - Loule, Credibom / La Aluminos / Marcos Car, Efapel Cycling, Feira dos Sofas - Boavista, Feriense - Beeceler, GI Group Holding - Simoldes - UDO and Tavfer-Ovos Matinados-Mortagua.
Anoonio Morgado (UAE Team Emirates-XRG) is the highlight of the 2026 startlist and will be aiming to grab his first victory of the 2026 on home soil before heading to the Volta Algarve.
