2026 Tour de Romandie start list - A final chapter in Pogacar vs Roglic?
The 79th Tour de Romandie takes place from 28th April running until May 3rd, with Tadej Pogacar making his debut at the race and is joined by fellow Slovenian Primoz Roglic.
A total of 15 teams feature on the start list, each fielding seven riders, bringing the peloton to 105 riders.
14 UCI WorldTeams are set to start with Uno-X Mobility, Lotto-Intermarche, Lidl-Trek, and Decathlon CMA CGM skipping the race. Alongside the 14 WorldTour teams, there is 1 UCI ProTeam: Tudor Pro Cycling.
As mentioned, Tadej Pogačar (UAE Team Emirates-XRG ) makes his debut in the race as he aims to add the WorldTour stage race to his impressive collection. Other notable inclusions are Oscar Onley (Ineo Grenadiers), Primoz Roglič (Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe) and Lenny Martinez (Bahrain Victorious)
