EF Education-EasyPost reveal 'Ride in Peace' Giro d'Italia jersey

EF Education-EasyPost have unveiled their latest special jersey for the upcoming Giro d’Italia. The American registered team have captured attention over the years for their many unique special jerseys designed with Rapha for the Italian Grand Tour and continue the trend in 2026 with Assos.

With EF sporting pink jerseys throughout the season, the clash with the maglia rosa at the Giro d’Italia has given the team plenty of opportunities to experiment with limited-edition outfits.

Despite the end of the partnership between Rapha and EF at the end of 2025, new kit manufacturer Assos have collaborated with the team to design a special jersey for the Giro.

This year’s green, alien-themed jersey is named the “Ride in Peace.” In an official statement, the kit has been described as something “that hovers somewhere between space, time and the Italian roads.”

“If we’re going to change kits, it should actually say something,” explained EF Pro Cycling CEO Jonathan Vaughters in the official statement.

“Assos gives our riders the performance, comfort, and technical quality they need to race at their best, and that allows us to have some fun with the design. With this kit, we’re visually manifesting. Hide your cows. We’re coming to this Giro with serious race ambitions,” added Vaughters.

EF’s team for the Giro is yet to be announced, but it has been confirmed that last year’s third-place finisher Richard Carapaz will not take to the start, as he recovers from recent surgery to remove a perineal cyst.
