Movistar swaps blue for red and white to celebrate Mas' Vuelta glory
Movistar have unveiled a special kit to celebrate Enric Mas’ expected first Grand Tour victory at the Vuelta a España on Sunday.

The Spanish team, synonymous with blue, have switched to a red and white design for stage 21. Mas, in the red jersey, only needs to safely cross the finish line to secure his first Grand Tour title.
Mas previously stood as one of three riders to finish on the podium of the Spanish Grand Tour four times without winning, but that is set to change for the 31-year-old in Granada on Sunday.
He leads four-time champion Primož Roglič (Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe) by 2:15, with Felix Gall (Decathlon CMA CGM) in third after 20 stages.
The Vuelta organisers have also confirmed that the final lap of the closing city circuit will be neutralised for the GC, meaning that Mas’ title will be mathematically secured with 9.8km remaining.
It will mark the Movistar men’s team’s first Grand Tour victory since Richard Carapaz won the Giro d’Italia in 2019.
