Post-Evenepoel boost for Soudal-QuickStep as Soudal extends until 2030
Soudal will remain as title sponsor of the Belgian team until the end of the 2030 season, while sub-sponsor Safety Jogger will also continue its backing for the next three years.

Soudal-QuickStep has kicked off the post-Remco Evenepoel era with a significant boost to its future with the news that Soudal has extended its title sponsorship until the end of 2030. The announcement was made at the Soudal-QuickStep media day in Calpe on Thursday.
Soudal came on board as title sponsor in 2023, having previously been a co-sponsor at Lotto. The presence of Remco Evenepoel was a major factor in their decision to finance the team, but the Belgian’s transfer to Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe has not deterred them from committing to sponsorship for the next five years.
“This is extremely good news for the team. I want to thank the owners and management of Soudal for the trust in the team and their investment in our joint future,” said Soudal-QuickStep CEO Jurgen Foré.
“This gives us an additional five years to invest and to remain one of the best teams in the world. We are committed to giving Soudal the best return possible.”
In a statement, Soudal CEO Dirk Coorevits said: “Extending this partnership until 2030 reflects our belief in the team, its people and its long-term vision. We are excited to continue this journey together.”
Soudal-QuickStep has undergone significant changes in the past year following founder Patrick Lefevere’s retirement and Evenepoel’s departure for pastures new.
Foré took up the reins of management last winter, and he also confirmed on Thursday that sub-sponsor Safety Jogger has extended its partnership with the team for a further three years.
Following Evenepoel’s exit, Soudal-QuickStep are expected to place a fresh emphasis on the Classics after several years of building a Grand Tour squad around the Belgian.
New signings for 2026 include Jasper Stuyven and Dylan van Baarle, while the team will place considerable confidence in the development of Paul Magnier as well as on the sprint finish of Tim Merlier.
