Tour de Suisse 2026 start list - Pogacar headlines on debut for final Tour preparation
The 2026 edition of the Tour de Suisse kicks off on June 17 with World Champion Tadej Pogacar headlining the start list ahead of the revamped race.

There are set to be 20 teams on the start line, each fielding 7 riders, resulting in a total field of 140 riders. All 18 WorldTour teams feature alongside two ProTeams, Pinarello-Q36.5 and Tudor Pro Cycling.
Tadej Pogačar (UAE Team Emirates-XRG) headlines the start list in his debut Tour de Suisse, and the World Champion will be the outright favourite for overall victory.
Primož Roglič (Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe), who is expected to ride the Vuelta instead of the Tour, is also due to be present.
Not involved in the GC, Mathieu van der Poel (Alpecin-Premier Tech) is expected to take to the start, alongside Matthew Brennan (Visma | Lease a Bike) and Arnaud De Lie (Lotto-Intermarché).
