UAE Team Emirates-XRG have revealed Brandon McNulty's new rainbow jersey and Colnago race bike, with the American opting for a classic look for his training ride in the new colours on Friday.

McNulty won the world title in Montreal last Sunday and will make his race debut in the rainbow jersey at the Giro dell'Emilia in Italy on Saturday. He will also race the Coppa Agostoni and Tre Valli Varesine before joining forces with Isaac del Toro for Il Lombardia on October 10.

UAE are sponsored by Tuscan-based clothing brand Pissei and they supplied McNulty with a rack of skinsuits, shorts and jerseys, including an all-white options and black training clothing.

The jersey design and sponsor logo have to respect UCI regulations. Like Tadej Pogačar's recent rainbow jerseys, UAE, Emirates and XRG logo are positioned above the central rainbow stripes. Other logos appear on the shoulders and rear, with rainbow stripes on the neck and sleeves.

Colnago supplied McNulty with glossy black carbon Y1Rs frame with a subtle glitter effect that recalls the stars of the American flag, with bold blocks of rainbow stripe of the fork and rear triangle.

The Colnago logo on the down tube has an iridescent, holographic finish. The date of McNulty's World Championship victory, the ace of clubs and a Canadian maple leaf are on the headset cover.

Colnago said this special livery will not be made available for sale.
