Vuelta a España 2026 jury report - XDS Astana receive three fines
After each day of racing at the 2026 Vuelta a España, the race jury publishes an official bulletin detailing any disciplinary action taken during the stage. The UCI regulates the Vuelta a España and issues penalties for rule violations - from feeding outside designated zones to physical altercations. Infractions are published daily in an evening bulletin, listing riders and staff who were sanctioned.
Penalties range from fines to time losses and UCI point deductions, depending on severity. A recent addition is the yellow card system, introduced to address dangerous or unsporting behaviour in the peloton.
