Geraint Thomas (born 25 May 1986 in Cardiff, Wales) is a Grand Tour winner and one of the most respected veterans in the peloton. Racing for INEOS Grenadiers, he won the Tour de France in 2018 and has also finished on the podium at both the Giro d’Italia and Tour in later years. Originally a track specialist and Olympic champion, Thomas has developed into a consistent GC contender known for his resilience and tactical maturity.
