Joshua Tarling (born 15 February 2004 in Aberystwyth, Wales) is a British time trial specialist racing for INEOS Grenadiers. After making the leap to the WorldTour at just 18, he quickly established himself as one of the top time trialists in the sport. Tarling became European champion in 2023 and has continued to impress with powerful solo efforts and consistent results against the clock.
