Neilson Powless (born 3 September 1996 in Eglin Air Force Base, USA) is a versatile American rider racing for EF Education–EasyPost. Known for his endurance, race sense and strength on hilly terrain, he has delivered standout performances in both stage races and one-day events. His finest hour came in April 2025, when he outsmarted a trio of Team Visma |Lease a Bike riders —Wout van Aert, Tiesj Benoot and Matteo Jorgenson— to win Dwars door Vlaanderen in a four-man sprint.
