• Domestique is a free platform intended for cycling fans to read and share content. We believe our platform should be a space where everyone feels welcome and safe. • Visual content sourced from third parties (e.g. UCI teams or official social media accounts) remains the property of the original creators. Domestique does not claim ownership of third-party material and will credit the original source where possible.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise use any part of the platform or its content without prior written permission. If you wish to quote or refer to content from Domestique, you must include a visible citation with the platform name and a direct link to the original source.

• Users may post comments, opinions, or feedback on our content. By submitting user content, you confirm that:
  • You are the rightful owner of the content or have the necessary rights to post it.
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.
  • Your content is respectful, relevant, and appropriate.
• By posting content on Domestique, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, store, and distribute your contributions as part of the platform. Domestique reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove user content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

• Domestique is entirely free to use. We do not offer subscriptions, paid features, or in-app purchases at this point.

We accept no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use, or inability to use, our Services.
