Itzulia Basque Country 2026 - Stage 3

Axel Laurance won stage 3 of Itzulia Basque Country after attacking from a large breakaway alongside Igor Arrieta, outsprinting him in the final metres. The pair built a decisive gap in the closing kilometres as the peloton, led by Paul Seixas’s team, allowed the break to contest the stage. Seixas retained his overall lead, while the race was also marked by the abandonment of Isaac del Toro following a crash.
