Søren Wærenskjold (UNO-X Mobility) claimed stage 2 of the Tour of Denmark with a perfectly timed sprint in Gladsaxe, securing his first win since Omloop Het Nieuwsblad. His team played it smart, conserving energy while rivals led the chase, before reeling in the break in the closing kilometres. Steffen De Schuyteneer finished second and Axel Zingle third, with Mads Pedersen retaining the overall lead after winning the opening stage.
