The 2026 Milano-Sanremo Women takes place on 21 March 2026 and covers close to 150 kilometres in what has quickly become one of the most anticipated early season tests on the calendar. The second edition once again opens the campaign for the major spring races, bringing the first real clash between sprinters, puncheurs and fast finishing all rounders on the route from Milan toward the Ligurian coast.
