Lotte Kopecky won Milan Sanremo Donne after sprinting to victory from a five rider group, securing another win for SD Worx-Protime. The decisive move was made on the Poggio following an attack by Puck Pieterse, which created the race winning selection. Kopecky proved strongest on the Via Roma, finishing ahead of Noemi Rüegg and Eleonora Gasparrini.
