Finn Fisher-Black on Roglic, red and a Vuelta blown open - Domestique Hotseat Podcast
Finn Fisher-Black speaks to Aidan on the first rest day of the Vuelta a España, with Tadej Pogacar out of the race and Primoz Roglic second overall. He explains why Red Bull's tactics have not changed at all, and why the guys they were racing before the crash are the guys they are racing now.

He was in the bunch when it happened, and describes the moment the speed went out of the peloton, the message that came over the radio 30 seconds later, and how close his own team came to going down with it.
He is also unusually direct about his former teammate. Fisher-Black pushes back on the idea that Pogačar wins so much he cannot be hurt by losing, and reveals he has not been able to speak to him at all.
On Roglič, he was at the training camp when the Slovenian was hit by a car outside the team hotel, saw the state of his leg, and admits nobody knew what to expect. He explains how he reads his leader's form, and why he thinks the last week is when Roglič will really go.
There is more on what the race looks like now: why the breakaways will survive, why UAE will be in every one of them, why Movistar's riders have probably just lost their freedom, and why he still has his.
And there is the hailstorm hotel, the five-star reviews Google has since taken down, an explanation for the mattress propped against his window, and one very strong opinion about what fans will do for a drink bottle.
