The seventh stage of the 2026 Tour de France leaves the Pyrenees behind on Friday, with the 175.1km flat stage from Hagetmau to Bordeaux. The peloton heads north through the Landes region and across the Gironde to the Garonne, with the Côte de Béguey (1.6km at 4.2%) the day's only climb, cresting just under 40km from the finish. Tim Merlier (Soudal Quick-Step), Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin-Premier Tech), Olav Kooij (Decathlon CMA CGM) and Biniam Girmay are among the fast finishers likely to fight for the win.
