21 teams are set to take to the start of the 2026 Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, including all 18 Women's WorldTour teams, alongside 5 ProTeams. Each team will feature seven members, totalling a peloton of 147 riders.

Defending champion Pauline Ferrand-Prévot (Visma | Lease a Bike) returns and will aim to become the first rider in the race's modern iteration to defend the yellow jersey.

Former champions Demi Vollering (FDJ United-Suez) and Kasia Niewiadoma-Phinney (Canyon/Sram) will be among those looking to stop the Visma rider. Vollering arrives off the back of winning the Giro d'Italia Women in June. In addition, Vuelta España Femenina champion Paula Blasi (UAE Team L'IMAD) will make her Tour de France Femmes debut.
