Finn Fisher-Black fined after dangerous move sends Menno Huising crashing at Eneco Tour
Finn Fisher-Black has been fined 250 Swiss francs and docked 10 UCI ranking points after a sudden change of direction caused Menno Huising to crash during Friday's third stage of the Eneco Tour.

The incident occurred with approximately five kilometres remaining on the road to Watersley, where frustration in a chasing group appeared to boil over.
Fisher-Black, riding for Red Bull–BORA–hansgrohe, had been doing much of the work at the front of a group that had lost contact with the race leaders. Wearing the red jersey, the New Zealander eventually moved across the road, seemingly hoping another rider would take over the pace-making duties.
Huising, who was sitting directly behind him, did not immediately come through.
What followed was a sudden movement to the right from Fisher-Black, leaving the Team Visma | Lease a Bike rider with little opportunity to react. The two made contact, sending Huising crashing heavily onto the road.
Television footage captured Huising's furious reaction immediately after the crash. "What the f*ck is this?" the Dutchman could be heard shouting, clearly angered by Fisher-Black's sudden manoeuvre.
There was no obvious indication that Fisher-Black had deliberately tried to bring down his rival. Nevertheless, the abrupt nature of the manoeuvre left little room for interpretation when it came to the danger involved.
Race commissaires subsequently sanctioned Fisher-Black for conduct that endangered another rider.
His punishment amounted to a fine of 250 Swiss francs and the deduction of 10 UCI ranking points.
Huising's immediate anger was clear from the broadcast footage, but the Dutch rider has not made a publicly confirmed statement about the incident at the time of writing.
There has also been no confirmed update on whether he sustained any injuries in the crash.
