Stage 5 of the 2025 Critérium du Dauphiné is perceived to be the final chance for the sprinters in this years edition. With just shy above 1600 m of elevation gain on the stage, most coming in the final third of the race, a strong breakaway stands a real chance of going all the way to the finish.
