Megan Arens makes it Dutch delight in Worlds junior women's TT
Megan Arens won the junior women's time trial at the World Championships with a dominant performance that saw her finish over 30 seconds clear of her opposition.

Day three of the UCI Road World Championships in Rwanda was the day of the women's and men's junior time trials, with the women competing in the morning and men in the afternoon.
The junior women faced a stinging 18.3km effort featuring 225 metres of climbing. The future stars of women's cycling competed to follow in the footsteps of riders such as Cat Ferguson, Chloé Dygert and Zoe Bäckstedt by winning the junior time trial title.
The provisional lead of the race was hotly contested throughout the the morning as less than 30 seconds separated the podium places with ten riders yet to finish. In the hot seat was Oda Aune Gissinger (Norway) who set a time of 26:24 with an average speed of 41.4kph.
Roos Müller (Netherlands) finished 10 seconds off of the Norwegian Aune Gissinger's time with Sidney Swierenga (Canada) moving into third.
That situation remained the case until Megan Arens (Netherlands) went significantly clear at the finish with a 35-second gap over Paula Ostiz (Spain) in second, who had set a time just before Arens.
The podium was as followed, with Megan Arens winning the race with a time of 25:47, Paula Ortiz finished 35 seconds off of the winning time with Oda Aune Gissinger rounding off the podium in third.
