How much did Pogacar earn? Final Tour de France 2026 prize money standings

The 2026 Tour de France has come to a close in Paris, with Tadej Pogačar and UAE Team Emirates-XRG topping the general classification and the prize money standings. The Slovenian's fifth Tour de France title brought his total prize money for the three weeks of racing to €611,980, including €500,000 for winning the yellow jersey.

Pogačar earned more than twice as much as Remco Evenepoel (Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe), who finished second in both the general classification and the prize money standings. The Belgian collected €247,800.

Isaac del Toro completed the top three with €155,450. The UAE Team Emirates-XRG rider finished third overall and earned €25,000 for winning the young rider classification.

Richard Carapaz took fourth place in the prize money standings after earning €103,570. The EF Education-EasyPost rider also won the mountains classification.

Paul Seixas (Decathlon CMA CGM) completed the top five with €102,830 after finishing an impressive fourth overall on his Tour de France debut.

Mads Pedersen earned €69,290 and finished seventh in the prize money standings. The Lidl-Trek rider became the first Danish winner of the green jersey.

Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin-Premier Tech), Tim Merlier (Soudal Quick-Step) and Olav Kooij (Decathlon CMA CGM) also featured in the top ten after collecting several strong stage results during the Tour.

UAE Team Emirates-XRG dominated the team prize money standings, earning €832,750 across the three weeks, almost three times the €288,160 collected by runner up Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe, whose total was driven largely by Remco Evenepoel’s two stage wins and second place overall.

Lidl-Trek’s success in the sprints through Mads Pedersen, combined with strong mountain performances from Mattias Skjelmose and Juan Ayuso, took the American team to €204,870 in third place. Skjelmose and Ayuso finished sixth and seventh overall, while Pedersen won the green jersey.
