Tadej Pogačar (UAE Team Emirates-XRG) has won the 2026 Tour de France, finishing 6:26 ahead of Remco Evenepoel (Red Bull-bora-hansgrohe) and 9:42 ahead of Isaac del Toro (UAE Team Emirates-XRG). The Slovenian's fifth Tour de France title equals the joint record held by Merckx, Hinault, Anquetil and Indurain.

Lidl-Trek's Mads Pedersen has taken the green jersey. Pedersen becomes the sixth rider in history to complete a full set of points classification victories at the three Grand Tours, having already taken the Vuelta a España points classification in 2022 and 2025 and the Giro d'Italia in 2025.

Richard Carapaz (EF Education-EasyPost) has taken the polka dot jersey after his stage 20 breakaway that saw him lead the race solo over the Col de la Croix de Fer before racking up further mountain points across the Col du Télégraphe, Col du Galibier and Col de Sarenne. With Pogačar unable to close the gap, Carapaz sealed his second Tour de France mountains classification win.

Isaac del Toro has won the young rider classification ahead of Paul Seixas (Decathlon CMA CGM) and Florian Lipowitz (Red Bull-bora-hansgrohe). The Mexican's third overall on GC also delivered him the maillot blanc, in his Tour de France debut.

Carapaz was also confirmed as the winner of the 2026 Tour de France Super Combativity Award, edging out fan-vote winner Pedersen after the jury's decision on Sunday.
