As the peloton rolled out, the Portuguese rider briefly got caught behind another rider. In an awkward moment, he lost his footing and stumbled toward the advertising barriers lining the stage.
Fortunately, the Portuguese helper of Tadej Pogačar escaped without injury, quickly getting back on his feet.
