Tour des Alpes-Maritimes

The Tour des Alpes Maritimes is a French race held in the Alpes Maritimes department along the Mediterranean coast. First organised in 1969 under different names, the race has evolved over time and is now contested as a compact two-day event with the Classic Var. Known for its challenging terrain around Nice and the surrounding hills, it regularly features punchy climbs that suit climbers and explosive GC riders. The race is part of the UCI Europe Tour and serves as an important stepping stone towards Paris-Nice.
