2025 Vuelta a España: Full startlist
The 2025 Vuelta a España starts in Turin on 23 August and will finish on the 14th of September in Madrid. Jonas Vingegaard (Visma | Lease a Bike) is the pre-race favourite to win the general classification and take the red jersey, twelve months after Primoz Roglic (Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe) claimed a record-equalling fourth, although the Slovenian is not in attendance. There are 23 teams taking part in the 2025 Vuelta a España, with all 18 UCI WorldTour squads joined by five Pro Continental outfits. Among the invited teams are Lotto and Israel-Premier Tech, while Spanish squads Burgos BH Burpellet and Caja Rural-Seguros RGA return after a year’s absence.
The line-up is completed by Q36.5 Pro Cycling, who will ride the Spanish Grand Tour for the first time in their current form.
