TotalEnergies 2026 Tour de France team guide: Can Jegat back up his 2025 top 10?
The French Proteam have left their mark on the race in recent editions, having won the gravel stage with Anthony Turgis in 2024 and finished tenth overall in 2025 with Jordan Jegat. Here's a look at who will feature for TotalEnergies in the 2026 Tour de France

2025 Tour de France:
- 2025 Tour stage wins: 0
- 2025 Best GC finish: 10th - Jordan Jegat
2026 Objectives:
TotalEnergies will build its Tour around stage opportunities, with Jordan Jegat as the main option in the mountains. A strong overall result remains possible, but the priority is to give him the freedom to attack when the right opportunity appears.
Anthony Turgis and Mattéo Vercher offer further options on selective stages, while the rest of the squad will focus on joining breakaways and creating chances throughout the race.
Alexandre Delettre, Mathis Le Berre, Nicolas Breuillard, Joris Delbove and Thibault Guernalec complete an all French selection whose success will be measured by its ability to turn aggressive racing into a stage victory.

🇫🇷 Jordan Jegat (27): A surprisetenth-place finisher last year, Jordan Jegat went under the radar in terms of his business, particularly considering it was only his second Tour. This year, the Frenchman’s season was delayed until April, but he won on his first race day of the season at the Classic Grand Besançon Doubs. More recently, he finished seventh on three stages of the Tour Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes from the breakaway, illustrating that his form is heading in the right direction.
🇫🇷 Anthony Turgis (32): The star of the team for many years, Anthony Turgis has a wealth of experience and will extend that when he lines up for his ninth Tour in as many years. A stage winner in 2024, Turgis is often in the mix from breakaways or reduced group finishes, and the classics specialist knows how to sniff out an opportunity.
🇫🇷 Joris Delbove (25): Delbove will make his Tour debut and will look to shine on the climbs. The 25-year-old Frenchman won the Tour de Langkawi in 2025, and this season finished sixth at the Route d'Occitanie.
🇫🇷 Mattéo Vercher (25): Vercher has already shown he can play a role at the Tour, narrowly missing out on a breakaway win in 2024. Victory at the Tour du Doubs followed a year later. Eleventh overall at Paris Nice and a recent third place in stage 4 at the Tour Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes suggest he is finding form at the right moment.
🇫🇷 Alexandre Delettre (28): After completing his first Tour last summer, Delettre returns as a useful option for the less predictable stages. He has been consistently competitive in 2026, finishing second at Paris Camembert and taking top ten results at both the Boucles de la Mayenne and Circuit Franco Belge.
🇫🇷 Mathis Le Berre (25): Le Berre heads into his second Tour after reaching Paris on debut last year. He also has experience from the Vuelta, where he twice finished inside the top ten on a stage. His best result this season came with seventh at La Roue Tourangelle, and he will likely be most visible during long breakaway days.
🇫🇷 Nicolas Breuillard (26): Breuillard earns his first Tour selection after making an impression in the mountains at the Tour of Türkiye. Third on the main summit finish helped him secure fifth overall. He will be expected to support Jordan Jegat on the harder climbs, though he could also get some freedom from the breakaway.
🇫🇷 Thibault Guernalec (28): Guernalec makes his Tour debut with three previous Grand Tours already behind him. A strong time triallist and dependable rouleur, much of his work will come through positioning and protecting the team’s leaders.
