Florian Lipowitz won stage 4 of the Tour of Slovenia ahead of teammate Giulio Pellizzari, securing a dominant Red Bull Bora Hansgrohe one two finish. The pair controlled the decisive climb to Vršič before finishing more than a minute ahead of third placed Jakob Omrzel. Lipowitz also took the overall race lead, with Pellizzari second at four seconds.
