The 2025 UEC European Championships Elite Women’s Road Race takes place on Saturday, 4 October, with 103 riders from 30 nations on the start line in Privas, France. The field ranges from a stacked Dutch squad led by Demi Vollering and Anna van der Breggen to an Italian team built around Elisa Longo Borghini.

At the European Championships, the number of riders each nation can field is determined by its position in the UCI rankings. The top five nations are allowed eight riders, those ranked sixth to tenth can line up six, countries in eleventh to twentieth bring four, and those ranked twenty-first to fortieth are limited to two. Nations placed forty-first to fiftieth are represented by a single rider.
