Wout van Aert was awarded victory on stage 2 of the Tour of Denmark after a photo finish review overturned the initial result in favour of Jensen Plowright. The Belgian launched early and just held off the fast finishing Australian by the narrowest of margins in Skive. Van Aert therefore claimed his second win in as many days and extended his overall lead to 10 seconds over Lukas Kubis.
