Paula Blasi won the 2026 La Vuelta Femenina after overturning an 18 second deficit to Anna van der Breggen on the brutal final slopes of the Angliru. Petra Stiasny claimed the biggest win of her career with a solo stage victory, attacking clear in the final 2 kilometres. Blasi finished second on the stage, enough to secure the overall title and become the first Spanish rider to win La Vuelta Femenina.
